Paula Scher, partner at Pentagram, is a fantastic designer and an amazing creative thinker. She has worked as a designer for over 40 years and has always been able to stay fresh and creative. I think she has been an inspiration to so many of us, and I will never forget the first time I came across her work as a student. These two videos are a little older, but I still enjoy watching both. The first is a filming of someone flipping through her moleskin notebook filled with “alphadoodles.” The other is a TED talk where she spoke about her career and the difference between solemn and serious design, extremely inspiring.
