What we’re thankful for this year

Did you know that showing gratitude can actually make you happier?

According to UC Davis Professor Robert A. Emmons, Ph.D., an expert on the science of gratitude, says that gratitude has many benefits including “stronger immune systems, lower blood pressure, more feelings of joy, and a greater sense of social connection, among many others.” We thought we’d try our hand at this gratitude thing by sharing one thing each of us is grateful for this year. It can’t hurt!
