In any project, the first step and most essential step for us is to listen and learn about you. How do you, our client, want to be perceived? What’s your niche? Once we have a thorough understanding of you, your needs and your future goals, we approach your challenge by dissecting your current brand and messaging, and defining and developing your audience and brand personality. What motivates your audience? How will your brand appeal to their wants, needs and emotions? These are a few of many questions we will answer to build a strong foundation for your brand.

 After we move past the discovery phase and agree on a plan, we develop design concepts and attack with visuals. Once the look and feel is determined, we implement the new brand by applying it to communication vehicles and ensuring that messaging is in sync with the new brand personality. Lastly, we always follow through. It’s here that we can assess if adjustments need to be made. We want to measure the success of your brand or website and make sure you’re achieving desired results.
