Engaging a diverse audience with your unique sustainability story

To begin with a more high-level view, we've created a sustainability storytelling "flavor wheel" that contains a list of what to serve and who to serve it to. The wheel illustrates the many different sustainability initiatives that can be shared, along with the various channels and mediums to share them.

As the above flavor wheel reflects, you have countless ways to tell your sustainability story, from GRI reporting and comprehensive annual reports to social media and internal employee guidebooks. But, regardless of which of the many impact stories/initiatives/milestones you want to share, it is important that your delivery is strategically catered to each of your various stakeholder groups. For example, investors don’t necessarily need to hear your feel-good stories, just like consumers who purchase your products won’t rigorously study your annual sustainability report.
