Kirkland believes the power of storytelling should never be underestimated — and that clear, compelling communications have never been more essential to the pursuit of engaging diverse stakeholders. Through a blend of in-house and consulting experience, Kirkland has developed ESG and CSR programs and corresponding communication activations across diverse sectors including real estate, consumer product goods, and manufacturing. From integrated campaigns to employee engagement to brand marketing, Kirkland works with clients to develop creative strategies that drive meaningful impact for both business and the environment. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from Syracuse University and a certificate in Sustainable Capitalism & ESG from Berkeley Law Executive program. Beyond crafting communications, Kirkland loves to coach for Girls on the Run, hike coastal California trails, and cook recipes from her favorite chefs Molly Baz and Yotam Ottolenghi.
