Creating leaders for a rapidly growing online media company

Hulu, a leading streaming service that offers access to live and on demand channels, original series and films, and a library of TV and movies to more than 47 million total unique viewers in the U.S., relied on thinkPARALLAX to strategize and develop programs to enhance employee development and company culture.

Our team designed and built an interactive microsite that served as a comprehensive resource for employees and managers on a variety of learning and leadership topics. We also developed an experiential learning platform, called RISE, with the goal of improving employee leadership skills. In addition to a full-day team building “game,” we produced a variety of presentations and other interactions all designed to surface the leadership ability in employees and help them become more effective, satisfied managers and colleagues.

thinkPARALLAX also created a resource toolkit so that Hulu’s leaders (and future leaders) continue to grow with the company and be stewards of a positive, engaging internal culture.
