Nicole Speciale spent three years working in corporate social responsibility in the tech industry before pivoting to ESG consulting, where she feels she has finally found her niche. She has written sustainability reports, conducted materiality assessments, and assisted strategy development for a broad range of clients, including Fox Factory, Gilead Sciences, thredUP, and Zillow. Nicole holds a B.S. in Sociology and an emphasis in Women’s and Gender Studies from Santa Clara University. In her free time, you can find her painting, writing music, reading, and spending time with her crested gecko.
