She has collaborated with clients to engage diverse stakeholders, design their sustainability strategy, measure programmatic impact, and build knowledge on ESG reporting frameworks. Nicole is a PhD sociologist with expertise in social impact, DEI, and social change who balances rigorous academic training with creative thinking to enable partners to expand their knowledge, articulate their big ideas, and enact positive change in their organizations and communities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors taking long walks, exploring new ways to use her air fryer, and reading anything (but mostly non-fiction).
