Nicole has five years of CSR and ESG experience, offering advisory services across biotechnology, private equity, asset management, and consumer goods sectors. Her expertise includes crafting sustainability reports, conducting materiality assessments, and aiding in strategy development for a variety of clients like Fox Factory, Gilead Sciences, Ralph Lauren, and Western Digital. In 2023, she completed her Life Cycle Assessment certification through MIT. Nicole holds a B.S. in Sociology with an emphasis in Women’s and Gender Studies from Santa Clara University. Beyond work, she enjoys painting, music-making, and outdoor activities in San Diego.
